** California students that will be physically attending competitions in the following counties do NOT need Participation Licenses: Fresno, Los Angeles, Madera, Merced, Orange, San Bernardino, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, and Tulare. Only schools competing online must purchase the participation licenses.
